Refund Policy
If you purchased your item through our online Etsy store, you may return it within 14 days, in original condition, with receipt, for a refund to your credit card; customer pays return shipping. If you purchased your item in our Seattle store, you may exchange it within 15 days, in original condition, with receipt, for any other item or store credit. All sales are final on discount items, sale items, and “seconds”  purchased in our store or at our July 4th sidewalk sale.

Shipping Policy
We use USPS Ground Advantage. Shipping time is usually 3-6 days in the continental U.S. and up to 12 days to Alaska and Hawaii.
